This adaptable Request for Information (RFI) template is designed to help school districts collect information from electric school bus and charger vendors early in the procurement process to understand available technologies, services and costs before issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). An RFI helps provide an overview of offerings and can support project planning, budgeting and decision-making.
Developed by WRI’s Electric School Bus Initiative, this RFI template includes suggested structure and example language, and can be tailored to fit district procurement requirements and timelines.
